Atasayın Energy and Engineering took part in the Emlak Konut Key Ideas Summit 2026 (Anahtar Fikirler Zirvesi), held in Istanbul on 25–26 June 2026. At its booth under the Teknopark İstanbul umbrella, the company introduced its ATS Energy Monitoring System — built for buildings, residential complexes and hotels — to industry representatives, startups and investors.
What is the Key Ideas Summit 2026?
Organized by Emlak Konut REIT for the second time this year, the Key Ideas Summit aims to accelerate technology-driven transformation across the real estate and construction sector. Held under the theme “Every Invention, a New Milestone,” this year’s edition focused on artificial intelligence, smart cities, energy technologies and PropTech & ConTech solutions.
Over two days the summit brought together more than 1,000 participants, 60 technology startups and 20 investment funds. The event was led by the Emlak Konut Innovation Platform (EKİP), which to date has signed cooperation protocols with around 40 universities and technology parks, graduated 29 startups from its acceleration program and integrated 11 startups as solution partners.

At its booth, Atasayın showcased its software and hardware solutions for energy management. Our team gave visitors a live demonstration of the ATS platform, covering the tracking of electricity, water and natural gas consumption in buildings, residential complexes and hotels, along with consumption analytics and real-time energy monitoring and reporting.
Built on the principle of energy monitoring, the ATS Energy Monitoring System consolidates data collected from field analyzers and meters into a single dashboard, making it possible to track electricity, water, natural gas and compressed-air consumption from one screen. The live dashboard on display — with instant power and consumption values, power-factor distribution and carbon-emission indicators — drew strong interest from visitors.
